How long will it take for my order to arrive (including handling and shipping)?

Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Two-Day Shipping orders placed before 9am Pacific Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 9am Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the next day.

We strive to make every MyHydro order unique and tailored to you. That’s why we ship MyHydro orders separately from other Hydro Flask orders from a special location that offers fast, reliable shipping. If you would like to purchase other Hydro Flask products at the same time as your MyHydro order, you will need to complete one order and ship it in two shipments.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with shipping and tracking information. You can track your new Hydro Flask from our warehouse to your destination by visiting the FedEx or USPS website using the tracking number provided. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Is it really free shipping?

Yes! Hydro Flask offers free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders.
